Director’s Welcome

Even with Covid-19 we have a truly exciting year ahead. My aim over the next three terms is to explore French wine relatively thoroughly, whilst including other key topics. Michaelmas will start at Chablis and then will work south, past the Rhône, finishing with a Christmas port tasting. In Epiphany term we'll hopefully be welcoming back our visiting speaker, William Gee, where he'll be discussing the Loire Valley. HCWS will also be co-hosting a second speaker with Chad's Wine Cellar.
