Picture of From Chablis to Chalonnaise

Some of the highest quality, most famous, and most expensive wine in the world comes from Burgundy. The region starts at Chablis, near Paris, and works south from Côte d'Or, through Chalonnaise to Mâconnais (though arguably Beaujolais). In this tasting we'll look at how the different geographical environments in these sub-regions affect Burgundy's chief grape varieties, namely Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

We presented six different Burgundy wines across the evening, ranging in style.
